TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Standard Terms of Sale Are: (Net 30 Days) Upon Credit Approval. Overdue Invoices are subject to a 2% Late Payment Fee.
  • Minimum Order must be $150 before taxes. There will be a $25.00 surcharge on any order below the minimum amount.
  • Colours shown in any of our Catalogues may vary slightly from actual product, see Colour Standards.
  • Textile Products reserve the right to make changes to the designs, fabric, or colours at anytime without notice.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • All shipments are F.O.B. our plant. Applicable taxes apply.
  • No exchanges after 7 days.
  • Products shipped outside of Canada are final sale, no returns will be accepted.
  • It is understood that it is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all goods upon receipt, including any third parties involved; to verify that the goods are exactly as ordered. Any discrepancies must be reported within (24 hours) of receipt of shipment.

RETURN POLICY

  • Returns must be within 7 days from date of receipt and are at the discretion of Textile Products.
    • Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
    • Returns without an RA# will be refused and returned to sender.
    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • A 20% (minimum) restocking fee applies on returns where Textile Products is not at fault.
  • Products shipped outside of Canada are final sale, no returns will be accepted.
  • We do not accept returns on custom made, altered, worn, used or washed items.
